When a dealer commits to fulfill a remote control replacement or repair request, the dealer will contact the customer as soon as possible in order to expedite their remote control replacement or repair request.

If a suitable remote or substitution cannot be found to fulfill a remote control replacement or repair request, or if inventory depletes before the customer's request can be fulfilled, the dealer will release that request immediately for review by other dealers.
